STARC is a private, non-profit association that has helped
individuals with developmental disabilities lead fuller lives
since 1972. The funding we receive
from state and federal sources doesn’t fully cover the cost of our
programs, even with the additional revenue our businesses generate. Plus,
our needs are
constantly growing.
We welcome family members,
interested citizens and professionals alike to join hands
and make a difference
for individuals with developmental disabilities. You can
help by becoming
a STARC member, by supporting STARC businesses, donating vehicles
or equipment, and purchasing STARC art.
You can also help STARC
defray expenses and continue to provide quality services
by volunteering your time and
