STARC Art Available Online NOW!

STARC Art brings out the creative gifts of individuals with disABILITIES by pairing them with local artists. They work together with a variety of media to create beautiful pieces that are then displayed and sold throughout the state.

These unique and fruitful partnerships offer individuals enrolled in STARC programs or receiving STARC services, the opportunity to explore their artistic sides. Even more important is the sense of pride, accomplishment and personal growth attained with every work of art. Please consider adding one of these meaningful pieces to your collection!



Thanksgiving Fence

STARC displays a Thanksgiving Fence at 2 locations:

Slidell – Textron Systems,  Gause Blvd & Robert Blvd 
Covington – St. Tammany Parish Hospital , Hwy 21 & West 8th Ave

QIDP/24 HOUR SERVICES (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional)

Responsible for assuring integration of the various aspects of the client’s program on 24/7 basis.  Coordinates, supervises and monitors implementation of each client’s individual service plans.


Assists teacher in early childhood setting in providing comprehensive programs to meet the educational, emotional, social, health, and nutritional needs of infants and children enrolled in Noah’s ARC Child Day Care Center.

Works under the supervision of Noah’s ARC Child Development Center Director to develop weekly lesson plans and prepare materials for infant/toddler or preschool classroom of special needs and typically developing children.

Pathway To Progress Fundraiser

STARC wants to build a Pathway to Progress around the flagpole at the Adult East and West Campuses.  Purchases are acknowledged with a name or a special message engraved on the brick.
