Department/Program: Supported Employment – St. Tammany Parish

Job Duties Summary:

Responsible for client assessments, job finds, training of individuals with disabilities and/or job trainers, advocacy and all related paperwork.  Coordinates schedules and related supported employment activities.  May be required to transport clients.  May be assigned to work in any STARC-operated facility when not assigned specific employment specialist duties.  High school diploma or equivalent PLUS be a Certified Employment Specialist with a minimum of one (1) year of experience is required.  Valid driver’s license required.

Hours:  Full-time, 40 hrs/wk, M-F. Schedule will vary.
