Department/Program:  Noah’s ARC Child Day Care – Mandeville



Job Duties Summary:    Secretary:  Performs variety of functions to ensure all secretarial, clerical and record keeping assignments are carried out in accordance with general instructions and established office procedures.  Performs clerical work requiring application of various work methods and procedures.  Requires knowledge of program functions, policies and practices.  Under direction performs follow-up duties to assist program director and other administrative and management personnel in implementation of program, clients and employee records. Floater:  As needed, assists teacher(s) in early childhood setting in providing comprehensive programs to meet the educational, emotional, social, health, and nutritional needs of infants and children enrolled in Noah’s ARC Child Development Center.  Assists in the facilitation of activities for children both indoors and outdoors.  Position is not assigned to a single classroom but can be assigned to any classroom to assist during operational hours.  High school diploma or equivalent is required.  Familiar with up-to-date computer software, i.e. QuickBooks, word processing, spreadsheets, database, etc.  Valid driver’s license is required.

Hours: Full-time, M-F, Center hours are 7:00AM-5:45PM
