Letter from the Director...
In 1972, STARC first began serving individuals with disABILITIES in St. Tammany Parish. Since that time STARC has expanded services to four surrounding parishes: Tangipahoa, Washington, St. Helena and Livingston.
This year STARC is celebrating its 40th anniversary. I have personally had the joy, privilege, and honor of working for and ministering to infants, children, and adults with disABILITIES and their families, served through STARC, for 39 of those years.
