Position: Office Manager I
Job Duties Summary:
Responsible for assisting program coordinator and/or administrator in performance of clerical and/or technical duties associated with the operation of program services to which assigned. Performs clerical work requiring application of various work methods and procedures which may be complex, require thorough knowledge of departmental functions, policies and practices, and advanced skills in use of specialized electronic equipment and/or automated systems. May supervise other clerical, technical and temporary employees. High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years prior clerical and/or technical office work experience. Thorough knowledge and understanding of office equipment, computers, and basic software (Word, Excel, etc.)
Hours: Follows 240-day Operational Calendar, M-F, 40 hrs/wk
